About Me
Bofan is a second-year Master’s student at Stanford University, actively engaged in research within Professor Jack W. Baker’s group. His current projects delve into spatial ground motion modification and analyzing the indirect economic impacts of natural disasters.
With a broad spectrum of research interests, Bofan is particularly focused on developing non-ergodic ground motion models and advancing multi-hazard risk analysis. His work also explores the resilience of infrastructure, quantification of uncertainties, and the application of advanced computing and machine learning techniques to enhance hazard mitigation strategies.
